Fiscal Stewardship

All entities funded by property taxes have felt the pinch of the recession and the drop in home values. CADL is no exception. In the last 3 years, they have seen their tax revenue drop nearly $1.4 million. But they saw it coming, and since 2009, have reduced their ongoing operating expenses by over $1.6 million, while still maintaining open hours, great collections and excellent service.
